The Illinois State Police (ISP) announces the identification of human remains found in 2012 after 14 years.
ISP received a DNA sample from a relative and testing from the Cook County medical examiner's office revealed the remains were Ronald M. Risher, who was 64 when he died, Illinois state police said.
